Conway

President

Tim has over 15 years of remediation, demolition and brownfield redevelopment industry experience including such nationally recognized projects as the Orange Bowl in Miami, FL, the removal of Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY and the redevelopment of power plants and former automotive facilities. Additionally, he has over 30 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Before leading 98six, Tim worked with various utilities and automotive companies on projects and property redevelopment including Chrysler, Con Edison, Entergy, Exelon, Florida Power and Light, Ford, General Motors, NRG and PSEG. Tim received his bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Wanderer

Principal

Matt Wanderer is an experienced founder, CEO, and member or director of multiple private equity and venture capital portfolio companies. With over 20 years’ commercial real estate investment experience, Matt is a 5 Time Inc 500 Fastest Growing Private Company Award Recipient. Matt is a proud Oregon Duck having earned his bachelors degree from the University of Oregon. He later earned his M.B.A. jointly from NYU Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and HEC Paris.

Robert has been a notable developer of public facility and private utility adaptive reuse projects for 20 years, and was a first mover in the New England waterfront reclamation movement. Over the years, Mr. Christoph has received numerous honors for his business, civic and philanthropic activities. Mr. Christoph graduated from Central Michigan University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Miami, and serves on the Board of the University of Miami School of Architecture MRED+U (Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism).

Chief Environmental Engineer

Chief of Environmental & Risk Management Kaleo has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering, construction management, demolition and environmental insurance underwriting. He has overseen some of the most complex remediation projects in the United States including the former Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant in Kansas which was over $120 million, the $56 million demolition and remediation of Building 771/774 in Rocky Flats that was contaminated with plutonium and design bonding and cost cap program for the demolition of Yankee Rowe Nuclear Power Plant in Massachusetts having a value of $50MM. Kaleo received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Soils and Water Science from Utah State and is a Professional Geologist.
