Liberty Terminal

Pennsauken Township, New Jersey

The former Texaco fuels terminal, spanning 41 acres along the Delaware River across from Philadelphia, has been revitalized into a modern facility with 1.2 million barrels of storage. The redevelopment includes flexible blending capabilities, a deep water berth, and direct rail access. Rebuilt on 41.44 acres with Colonial/Buckeye pipeline connections decommissioned over 15 years ago, the upgraded facility now meets contemporary standards for petroleum/biopetroleum operations. This extensive modernization encompasses tanks, dock facilities, pipelines, pumps, and electrical systems. The project also includes new support buildings, a boiler house, pump stations, state-of-the-art fire suppression, and new roads, transforming the site into a cutting-edge industrial hub.
